NoWatermark Downloader parses supported public video page URLs through configured third-party providers and may return direct media URLs, previews, covers, or metadata. Provider availability, supported platforms, and output quality may change without notice. We do not host or control the source platforms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Payment and Billing

Credit packs and subscriptions are billed in advance. Credits may expire as shown at checkout. A successful supported parse consumes one credit when paid usage is enabled; failed provider requests do not consume a credit. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
