Refund Policy

Credit Packs

You may request a refund for a one-time credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of the purchased credits have been used. Once any purchased credit has been consumed, the credit pack is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Charges for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the service made a material billing error.

Failed Parses

A credit is charged only after a supported provider returns a usable parsing result. Failed provider requests do not consume a credit. If a technical error causes an incorrect credit deduction, contact support so we can review and restore the credit where appropriate.

Refund Effects

When a refund is approved, unused credits associated with the refunded order may be revoked. Access to subscription benefits may end immediately or at the end of the paid period, depending on the reason for the refund and the payment provider's rules.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@nowatermarkdownloader.com from the address used for your account. Include the order number, purchase date, payment provider, and a brief explanation. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.

We normally acknowledge requests within 3 business days. Payment providers and banks may require additional time to return approved funds.
