Which platforms are supported?
Support depends on the configured parser providers. Public TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, Reddit, and similar video links can be attempted.
Why can a public link fail?
Posts can be deleted, private, regional, login-protected, expired, or temporarily unavailable from all parsing providers.
Are failed parses charged?
No. A credit is consumed only after a parser returns a usable media result.
Can I transcribe a video?
Video transcription is available to active monthly members. The service extracts available media and returns editable text plus SRT timestamps when supplied by the transcription model.
Does the service bypass platform restrictions?
No. It does not support private posts, DRM, paywalls, account controls, or login-only media.
How can rights holders request removal?
Use the Copyright & Takedown page and include the exact URLs, ownership information, and a contact method.
